These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck4449 website, mobile web platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by ck4449 ("we", "us", "our", or " ck4449"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ck4449. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ck4449.

ck4449 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise expressly stated.

To open a ck4449 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We do not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. ck4449 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

ck4449 may, at its sole discretion, decline any application for registration without being required to provide reasons for doing so.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your ck4449 account. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to comply with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, macro, or third-party software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or malfunction in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned to ck4449.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or assist any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to ck4449 at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account.

ck4449 employs real-time monitoring and fraud-detection systems. Accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules may be suspended immediately, with associated balances frozen pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, ck4449 reserves the right to permanently close the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the ck4449 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

ck4449 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are communicated clearly at the point of offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets.

• ck4449 reserves the right to limit the number of accounts eligible for any particular promotion and to vary bonus terms for individual players based on their account history.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those linked to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions significant to Bangladeshi players — are offered at ck4449's sole discretion. Availability, terms, and duration of such promotions vary and are communicated via on-platform notifications.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the ck4449 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface or betting module. In the event of any conflict between those individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game or market.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All virtual casino games on the Platform use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Game results are independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability. ck4449 makes no warranty that any particular outcome will occur on any given round of play.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. ck4449 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or where a material error in odds has occurred. In-play bets accepted after a relevant event (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket, a goal being scored in football) may be voided at ck4449's discretion if the market was incorrectly left open.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or settled bet, the result recorded in ck4449's server logs shall be considered definitive. If you believe a result has been recorded incorrectly, you must contact ck4449 support within 72 hours of the event in question.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface. ck4449 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

ck4449 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide all account holders with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.

Players who elect to self-exclude from the Platform may not open a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion — including by opening a new account or requesting early reinstatement — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; (b) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; or (c) frame or mirror any part of the Platform without express written consent from ck4449.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4449 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ck4449 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck4449 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In any event, ck4449's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck4449 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and transactions to protect your data in transit.

ck4449 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. ck4449 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other ck4449 policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct directed at ck4449 staff.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by ck4449 — any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ck4449 support. Please note that voluntary account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any losses incurred during your time on the Platform.

ck4449 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via on-Platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
